Just a quick note to let you all in on our reason to give thanks this year.

Anna had her PetCT scan today to check the progress of the treatment. We had the same test done in the beginning of the treatment to stage the cancer and identify tumor locations. We heard that we could see anything ranging from some reductions to no more cancer. To say we were nervous about the results would be a bit of an understatement.

Today, the scan came back CLEAR!!! No evidence of cancer, no tumors. This is the best possible result on the spectrum of answers we were prepared for. The doctor indicated that the scan looked like someone that had never had cancer.

This doesnt mean we are done, it just means that success is in our grasp. Anna will still need to complete the remaining chemo treaments and our timeline is the same. We still have another three and half months of battle to go.

We are beyond happy and celebrating the success with family tomorrow. Thanksgiving is an appropriate day for us to celebrate this victory.

We are happy beyond belief and know that the support of those around us fought just as hard as Anna and her chemo to get us here. Thank you
